Updated Hours of Operation at FEMA Distribution Points

The Town of Hempstead continues to distribute food and water supplies supplied by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to victims of Hurricane Sandy at Oceanside Park (3800 Mahlon Brower Drive, Oceanside) and Newbridge Road Park (2600 Newbridge Road, Bellmore). This critically needed help has been providing essential life-sustaining supplies to residents over the past several weeks.

The following is an updated schedule for FEMA food and water distribution at town parks in Oceanside and Bellmore:

Monday, November 19^th to Wednesday, November 21^st: 9 AM to 4:30 PM

Thursday, November 22^nd: Closed for Thanksgiving Holiday

Friday, November 23^rd to Monday, November 26^th: 9 AM to 4:30 PM

Supplies of food and water are limited.
